All ornaments will either have a red, green, or white ribbon attached. 



Please enter the name you would like  ENGRAVED on the back of the character. If you chose both characters - please indicate which character gets what name (example: James on Bluey, Stuart on Bingo). Missing or incomplete information may result in delays. If you want the year included, just include it in the notes.



If you do not wish to personalize, please write n/a in the personalization section - this means you will not receive a name engraved on the back of the character.

Ornaments are not weatherproof and we do not recommend to use outdoor.

Our ornaments are made to order and take 3-5 business days to make. There may be small variations due to natural imperfections in the wood. Colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor and/or phone settings.



Once orders are shipped, we cannot intercept the package to update/change address information. If the package comes back to us undeliverable, you will be responsible for the reshipping the package.
