Everything in my shop is made to order.  I do not have anything in stock ready to ship.  Orders placed that require shipping the same or next week may incur rush fees and expedited shipping charges.  I ship on Monday/Tuesday of each week.  If you need your order for a Monday or Tuesday, you need to order no less than 2 weeks in advance of your need by date.   Please contact me directly BEFORE placing an order if you are unsure of any extra charges.  
Hot Cocoa Bombs are filled with premium hot cocoa and mini marshmallows encased in a premium delicious white or dark Callebaut brand chocolate sphere.  Each Hot Cocoa Bomb comes individually wrapped and then packaged in a crystal clear box.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped, however, we cannot be held responsible for any holiday delays that may occur).  No orders will be held to be shipped for any specific date.  All orders are shipped on a first in and first out basis.
If you place your order after Dec. 16th, 2022, we cannot be responsible for packages arriving late for the holidays.  
Two ways to “Hot Cocoa Bomb”:
#1: Place your cocoa bomb into a coffee mug and slowly pour hot milk or hot water over your cocoa Bomb.  Watch and hear the magic happen!  
#2:  Fill your coffee mug 3/4 up with with hot milk or hot water. Carefully place your cocoa bomb into the filled mug.  Watch and hear the magic  happen!

Cocoa bomb storage/freshness:  Your cocoa bomb is freshly made to order.  Your cocoa bomb consists of two chocolate sphere halves.  We then add specific ingredients to the chocolate spheres based on the flavor profile you have ordered.  (Please refer to the actual listing for specific ingredients).  These ingredients are then sealed completely within the chocolate sphere.  Your chocolate cocoa bomb has a shelf life of up to 9 months or longer, as long as they are kept in a COOL DRY area.  
We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing, as this may directly effect the chocolate or contents within.
SHIPPING & ORDERING
Your hot cocoa bombs are made to order and are shipped on a first come first serve basis.  Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 days after your order is placed.  If you are ordering prior to October 1st, you will need to purchase ice packs for your package in order for it to be shipped.  
If you are shipping this as a gift, please be sure to “triple check” the address for accuracy, as well as confirm their residence.  
We cannot re-route already shipping packages once they leave our hands.  
If a package that has shipped gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have us re-ship your package.  In  addition, we do not open and inspect any packages upon return for reshipment.  
As much as we take extra precautions when packaging order(s) for shipping, we will not be responsible for cracked, broken, melted, or any damages that have occurred during shipping once it leaves our hands.  
We will not issue refunds, exchanges or replacements and will not allow order cancellations.  All sales are final.

ALLERGY INFO: our kitchen is NOT a nut-free facility.  We do take great care in NOT cross contaminating while baking.
