Everything in my shop is made to order.  I do not have anything in stock ready to ship.  Orders placed that require shipping the same or next week may incur rush fees and expedited shipping charges.  I ship on Monday/Tuesday of each week.  If you need your order for a Monday or Tuesday, you need to order no less than 2 weeks in advance of your need by date.   Please contact me directly BEFORE placing an order if you are unsure of any extra charges.  
Do you have a special event coming up, or want to give a special gift to someone?  Our custom printed chocolates are exactly what you need.  We can customize with actual photos, pictures, or words with our direct to food printer!  As you can see from the listing photos, only color can be used on the white M&M's.  ONLY BLACK is printed on colored M&M's. 
The edible ink we print with is translucent and does not contain any white pigment.  Therefore, all colors printed (including black) will not print opaque, and may appear slightly grainy/pixelated after printing, but keep in mind the listing photos have been enlarged, so they look even more pixelated in the listing photos.
Each listing is 1/2 lb. (8oz) of personalized M&M candy.  This is roughly between 250-265 chocolate pieces.  (As a gauge,  if you were to purchase a single serving package of M&M's, it contains approx. 1.69 oz. each)
*When packaging for party favors, 1 ounce (approx. 32 pieces) is usually used per guest.
You can choose up to 2 colors per 1/2 lb.  You can submit up to 4 photos or words (names) per order.  We do not separate your M&M's if you order with multiple photos/words.  Each order will be packaged together as a unit.  Each order will be packaged in heat sealed food safe mylar bags to keep them as fresh as possible and to avoid any direct contact with humidity, moisture, or external elements or odors.   
By purchasing this listing you understand the following:
- Colored M&M's have BLACK printing ONLY.
- ONLY WHITE M&M's get COLORED PRINTING 
-  NO WHITE can be printed on ANY M&M's ("White" color in photos may look/print gray if there is white in a photo)
-  We cannot guarantee crisp clear photo printing from all photo submissions.  We WILL provide mock-up designs ONLY AFTER a purchase is made.  This will help determine which photo submissions WILL print clean and clear.  We can TRY to "clean up" a photo, but we do not guarantee results.   Photos should be at least 300 DPI, but a higher DPI is optimum for photo printing. 
- Light or Pastel colored M&M's allow for better print outcomes.
- When choosing words/phases; we are limited by the actual size of the M&M's.  Single words or Names are optimal for printing and visual purposes.

M&M ingredients:  Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Skim Milk, Milkfat, Lactose, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Artificial Flavors), Sugar, Cornstarch, less than 1% - Corn Syrup, Gum Acacia, Coloring (includes Red 40 Lake, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Blue 2 Lake, Red 40, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 1, Blue 2, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake), Dextrin.
The company that makes this candy states, this candy does not have nuts in them, however they may have traces of nuts (peanuts), as they are processed in a facility where nuts and other allergens are present.  
We ONLY use the brand M&M's.  We cannot guarantee ALL colors will be available at any given time, as the company does discontinue certain colors at times.  The colors in this listing were still available at the time this original listing was made.  We make certain to ONLY USE M&M's that are completely free of cracks, chips or any damage*.  Please note:  ACTUAL COLORS MAY DIFFER FROM PICTURES SHOWN ON YOUR DEVICE.  We cannot match your event colors exactly.
Should you order during warmer times of the year, OR if you live in a warm part of the United States, cold packs are highly suggested to prevent melting.  If you order WITHOUT cold packs, you assume all responsibility for your order arriving in whatever condition it comes.  We do not, and will not check to see what temperature(s) are where your order is being shipped, at the time of shipping.
Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  Typically within 5-7 business days.  This does NOT include weekend days.  Should you need/want your order processed quickly, you can request or purchase my "rush my order" listing.  This will move your order up to the front of the line, and will make your order a priority.  This means 1-3 business days for processing.  This does NOT include the shipping timeline.  Should you want expedited shipping, there will be additional costs incurred.  I can only give expedited shipping quotes with full shipping addresses.  Expedited shipping prices will vary based on how quickly you want the order delivered.  
My preferred shipping vendor is UPS (brown).    If you are shipping to a PO BOX, it will most likely be transferred to USPS for final delivery.  We highly suggest NOT using PO BOXES for shipping.  Please be sure to triple check your shipping/delivery address to ensure it is correct.  We cannot alter or change your shipping information after your order has been shipped.  We will not refund, replace, exchange any orders that have been delivered damaged.  You assume any and all responsibility for any damage or loss of product during the shipping/delivery process.  Should your order be returned to us undeliverable, or for any other reason, and you wish to re-ship, you will be responsible for any new/additional shipping charges incurred.
All order that are processed receive the same care and treatment as if I were shipping to myself or a loved one.  Your order will be shipped in layers of bubble wrap/shipping papers/and/or shred to help to prevent damage.  **We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty, all of your M&M's will arrive as they were shipped, as we cannot control how packages are handled after they leave our hands.
