Everything in my shop is made to order.  I do not have anything in stock ready to ship.  Orders placed that require shipping the same or next week may incur rush fees and expedited shipping charges.  I ship on Monday/Tuesday of each week.  If you need your order for a Monday or Tuesday, you need to order no less than 2 weeks in advance of your need by date.

Made Fresh to Order - Individually Wrapped / Heat Sealed for Freshness.  We only use name brand products.  
We ship based on your need by date.  Rush fees may apply if you are ordering within 1 week of shipping.  I ship on Mondays/Tuesdays.  If you need your order for a Monday-Wednesday, it is recommended to order 2 weeks in advance to avoid any rush fees.  
I ship only UPS.  I do not ship to PO Boxes.  
You can request a custom theme by reaching out via message.  We can do any theme.  Additional charges MAY apply based on complex design requests.  Please reach out prior to purchasing to verify costs.
We will ship with or without cold packs.  If you live in a warm climate, or if it is during the summer months, it is highly suggested to order with the cold pack for added assurance your order will arrive in the condition it was shipped.  If you choose no cold pack, you are assuming the risk upon purchase.  This means we will not refund, replace or exchange any part of your order should it arrive damaged.
