I do NOT ship to PO Boxes.  If you provide a PO Box for your shipping address, there may be a delay in processing your order for shipping. 

Everything in my shop is made to order.  I do not have anything in stock ready to ship.  Orders placed that require shipping the same or next week may incur rush fees and expedited shipping charges.  I ship on Monday/Tuesday of each week.  If you need your order for a Monday or Tuesday, you need to order no less than 2 weeks in advance of your need by date.   

Each kit comes in a cute box as seen in listing picture with the following items:
1 (one) Christmas Tree Sugar Cookie (undecorated - Individually wrapped/heat sealed)
1 (one) Piping Bag of Green Royal Icing
1 (one) Packet of Sprinkles (these may vary slightly from listing photo)

CARING FOR YOUR COOKIES
Cookies are good for approx. 7-21 days after arrival (Longer if you freeze) Do not refrigerate the cookies (this dries them out)  To Thaw, leave out on counter top for several hours.
Cookies may be frozen as packaged for 3-6 months   To prevent the colors from fading, we recommend storing the cookies away from direct light.  Store cookies at room temperature. If you choose to store your cookies in the refrigerator or freezer, color bleeding may occur.

Please note: Every cookie/cupcake topper/cake topper/Cake Pop is unique and may vary slightly from the photo and from each other. In addition, the specific colors displayed on your viewing device may vary from the actual color.

ALLERGY INFO: our kitchen is NOT a nut-free facility.  We do take great care in NOT cross contaminating while baking.

We package all our products with the upmost care and materials to protect them during shipping.
Once the package is handed over to USPS/UPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the packages or if they are delayed.

Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping or late orders.
