Everything in my shop is made to order.  I do not have anything in stock ready to ship.  Orders placed that require shipping the same or next week may incur rush fees and expedited shipping charges.  I ship on Monday/Tuesday of each week.  If you need your order for a Monday or Tuesday, you need to order no less than 2 weeks in advance of your need by date.

Icing Sheets are an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on the cake. They can be applied to all types of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate, fondant, modeling chocolate and candy.
For best results, apply the wafer paper diplomas to your cupcakes before displaying.  Residential refrigeration typically does not affect wafer paper, however, commercial refrigeration can adversely affect the wafer paper due to the amount of humidity blowing around in the space.  This extra moisture can cause the wafer paper to become soft; which would then cause them to wilt and/or dissolve.  IF you need to refrigerate your cake with the wafer paper decorations, it is recommended to have the cupcakes protected in a cupcake box that is sealed with saran to prevent the moisture from coming into contact with them.
To decorate and Store: Keep wafer paper pieces in original packaging, or in a plastic bag until use.  They have a shelf life of up to 1 year (or more).
Rice Paper Ingredients: White rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and water, coloring, edible paint (if applicable).
